Shure SM57 vs. Beyerdynamic TG I51 Comparison

Today I compare the legendary Shure SM57 against the new kid on the block the Beyerdynamic TG I51. The SM57 holds it's own in many aspects, but if you're looking for a less aggressive tone, the TG I51 may be the route to go.

Manley Reference Cardioid Review / Test

Today I review the Manley Reference Cardioid, a very popular tube microphone. It's bright, detailed, and articulate, but it unfortunately has a kind of high self noise. If you're in an untreated space the polar pattern will capture the space, but if you're in an awesome sounding room, it will capture that too.
